Acceptable Use Policy

Scope

This policy applies to all use of CinePixel, including prompts, reference images and videos, generated results, templates, workflows, and community posts. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Content kept private must follow the same rules as public content.

Prohibited content and uses

You must not use CinePixel to request, generate, upload, edit, share, or distribute:

• NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, or sexually exploitative content, including sexualized nudity and fetish content.
• Any sexual or exploitative content involving minors, or people presented as minors, including fictional and AI-generated depictions.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, face swaps, deceptive deepfakes, identity manipulation, or content that impersonates a real person or falsely depicts their actions or endorsement.
• Content that promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, abuse, hateful conduct, targeted harassment, or dangerous and unlawful activity.
• Fraud, scams, misleading evidence, forged identity documents, or content intended to deceive others about a person's identity or an event.
• Content that violates copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity rights, or other rights. You must have permission to use every uploaded reference and obtain consent before editing or animating another person's likeness.

You must not bypass content screening, disguise prohibited prompts, evade account restrictions, or use automated activity to abuse the service. A model's technical ability to produce content does not make that content permitted.

Screening and enforcement

Prompts for image and video generation are screened before generation. Requests that violate this policy are blocked. Generation may be temporarily unavailable when screening cannot be completed. Model providers may apply additional restrictions.

We may review reported or flagged content, remove community content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts for violations. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy, subject to applicable law. Public galleries and showcase content must also comply with this policy; sexually provocative or borderline sexual showcase content is not permitted.

Responsible use of results

AI results can contain invented details, including text and facial features. Review results before using them, do not present generated or edited media as verified evidence, and disclose synthetic or edited content where required. Commercial use remains subject to the applicable model and provider terms, your input rights, and third-party rights; CinePixel does not guarantee exclusive ownership or legal clearance.

Reports and appeals

Report suspected violations or appeal an enforcement decision by emailing support@cinepixel.ai. Include the relevant page, generation or order identifier if available, and a brief explanation. We respond to support and policy reports within 3 business days. Do not send illegal material as an attachment.

We may update this policy as the service and applicable requirements change. The date above identifies the current version.
