Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of Services

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Credits and Refunds

Generations are paid for with credits from monthly or annual credit plans or one-time credit packs, and each generation shows its credit cost before it starts. Credits from a plan expire at the end of the billing period they were granted for; credits from a one-time pack do not expire. Credits for a generation that fails are returned to your balance automatically. Refunds for credit plans and packs follow our Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

Our website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain your existing rights in content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit that content as needed to provide the features you request, operate and secure the service, and comply with applicable law. We share content with the model and infrastructure providers needed to fulfill your request. Choosing to publish a result to the community also permits us to display it there. Private generation does not by itself grant permission to publish your uploads or results in our marketing.

Commercial use of generated results is subject to the applicable model and provider terms, your rights in uploaded materials, and third-party rights. We do not guarantee exclusive ownership, copyright protection, or clearance of trademarks, likenesses, or other rights. See our Disclaimer.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Generate, upload, edit, or distribute NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content
• Create sexual or exploitative depictions of minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, face swaps, deceptive deepfakes, or identity manipulation
• Generate harmful, abusive, hateful, fraudulent, or exploitative content, or violate another person's intellectual property, privacy, or likeness rights
• Bypass content screening or evade account restrictions
• Use our services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or networks
• Use our services to distribute malware or other harmful code

All prompts, uploads, generated results, and community posts must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, including private generations. We screen generation prompts and may block requests, remove content, or restrict accounts that violate these rules.

Subscription cancellation and support

You can manage or cancel a recurring credit plan from Settings → Billing using the subscription management portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; refunds and remaining credits follow our Refund Policy. For account, billing, or policy questions, email support@cinepixel.ai. We respond within 3 business days.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on this page.
